Carolina franchisee is the sole representative of Carolina International in a particular area ( Normally one Indian State ) for promoting and servicing Carolina Kidz in his assigned territory. He is the Area in charge. The area is normally of the entire one Indian State, except the Metros. In metros there could be more than one Master Franchisee. However their areas of operation will be clearly marked to avoid any confusion or clash.
Carolina International is the sole authority to decide and appoint Master Franchisee. Master Franchisee will have to sign an agreement with the Carolina International.
CRITERA FOR BECOMING A MASTER FRANCHISEE
- The person should be the resident of the assigned territory (State)
- He must have strong business aptitude
- Must have office space with computer system to operate.
- Willing to keep moving in the assigned areas
- Must be willing to control and service Franchisees in his territory as per policies and instructions of Carolina Central Office (CO)
- Must be financially sound to Pay the Master Franchise fee
